Let’s Work Together

Denise, age 49 Kodiak

“The menopause class offered great insight into the causes of typical symptoms that occur with menopause. Zoya offered strategies and solutions to support those symptoms, she was aware that each person in the class had unique situation and not all symptoms have the same answer. I found this intimate class helpful and inspiring. Zoya has a caring and sincere approach to women’s health, I felt comfortable asking her any question and knew I would get helpful responses.”

Monica, Kodiak

“Zoya’s menopause class was invaluable. Her expertise and first-hand experience provided tips and tools I still use daily. She recommended helpful community resources and offered empathy and compassion throughout. I highly recommend her for anyone navigating this transition! ”
