Phases: Exploring Health During Menopause


Phases is a six-week journey into the hormonal transitions of perimenopause and menopause. (Perimenopause can begin as early as age 35+.)

Sessions will be held on zoom from 6:30-7:30 pm on Tuesday evenings.

  • If you are generally curious about how to support your body during these years, or if you have symptoms that you want to better understand the root causes of and address, this class is for you!

    Sluggish digestion, weight gain, nighttime waking, wonky periods, mood swings, painful sex are just a sampling of the symptoms we’ll address.…you’ll leave The New Moon feeling back in the driver’s seat of your body!

    Sessions will be held on zoom from 6:30-7:30 pm on Thursday evenings.

    During our 6 sessions, I will guide you to an improved sense of well-being. There is nothing more frustrating that feeling like your body has disowned you and not feeling like yourself. There IS hope.   

    This course was created out of a need for more information and support for women going through this normal life transition.

    We spend 1/3 of our lives in menopause-learn how to navigate these hormonal transitions with improved confidence, and a greater sense of well-being!

    This program is structured in a way to help you succeed: 6 zoom classes that you can join from the comfort of your couch!

    Each session is filled with information, support, dialogue and a community of women on the same journey.
