This six-week online course delves into the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause, providing actionable insights for women who want to understand and support their bodies through these phases. Starting as early as age 35+, perimenopause can bring diverse symptoms, from sleep disturbances to mood swings and weight fluctuations. In this course, you’ll learn how to address these challenges, reclaim your well-being, and connect with a community of women on the same journey.

Each session includes expert guidance, practical tips, and group discussions, ensuring you gain confidence in managing this transition. Join from home and benefit from a supportive environment, designed to help you thrive.
